[CITY] Real Estate News

Have you been watching a house in your neighborhood and wonder if it is a foreclosure? You see the grass overgrown and no for-sale sign in the yard so you are pretty sure it might be bank owned. Well, one way to check is to see if it might be a HUD Home. You can check that by going to www.HUDHOMESTORE.com and pick your state, your county and/or your city. If the house you are interested in is listed there, it is a HUD house.

If you are interested in buying it, you will need to contact a Realtor. HUD only deals with Real Estate Agents. If you are an investor, HUD requires you wait until the house has been on the market for 30 days before they will let an investor purchase this home. An investor is a person that owns another piece of real estate and does not plan to live in this particular home.

Remember, check HUD homes are not foreclosed homes, or bank owned homes. They are homes that HUD purchased from the bank that held the Deed. Many of them are a great buy and in pretty good condition. Some of them are not very good, but they are the best investments. Especially in our Tri-City market where rentals are 99% occupied.

So, go to www.HudHomeStore.com and check to see if there is anything interesting that you might buy!  You can always call one of our staff team members at (509) 783-2753 and they would be glad to take care of you!

Wow, the HUD Homes are coming on the market fast and furious. If you want to see if anything is available in your area, go to www.HUDHOMESTORE.com and click on your state and then put in your county. You will see everything available in that county. Mark it as your favorite site and go daily as they are always adding and removing properties as they come on the market and then get sold or go under contract.

What a deal it is to buy a HUD Home!  Watch this blog for more information about how easy it is to buy, how you can fix the things that are broken, how you get financing, everything you need to know will be on this Blog. Check out this cutie in Yakima just as an example from this week. $52,000!!!!
